Assembly
Every Amplify desk ships flat-packed with the tools you need. Fixed height desks take about 20 minutes with two people. Rapid Assembly electric desks use pre-fitted frames and click-in feet and are typically up in under 10 minutes.
Assembly guides are printed in each carton. Downloadable PDF guides and controller instructions will be added here.
Using the height controller
- Hold the up or down arrow to move the desk.
- To save a height, move the desk to where you want it, press M, then press 1, 2 or 3.
- Press the number to return to that height.
- If the desk stops responding, unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in, then hold the down arrow until it reaches its lowest point and moves slightly up again. This resets the motors.
Warranty
Amplify desks carry a 10 year manufacturer's warranty on frames and tops, and a 5 year warranty on electric components, when used in normal commercial conditions. The warranty is provided by TGV Limited, which handles claims directly. See Contact to make a claim.
Care
- Wipe melamine tops with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents on tops and frames.
- Keep electric desks within their rated load (120 kg) and clear of obstructions when moving.
Common questions
Can I buy direct? No. Amplify is sold exclusively through OfficeMax New Zealand, in store, online and through account managers.
Do tops and frames come separately? Desks are sold complete. Replacement parts and service are available directly from TGV Limited: see Contact.
Is the Pacific Oak finish available on every desk? Most straight desks come in Beech, White and Pacific Oak with black or white frames. Check the colour swatches on each product page.
