This website is run by TGV Limited (“TGV”, “we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this site
The site gives information about the Amplify range of office furniture. It does not sell products. Amplify products are sold through OfficeMax New Zealand, and every purchase is made on OfficeMax's own terms and conditions of sale.
Product information
We try to keep product details, dimensions, finishes and images accurate and up to date, but they are a guide only. Colours can look different on screen, and we may change specifications, finishes or the range at any time without notice. Please check the details that matter to you with OfficeMax or with us before you buy. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and any prices shown are indicative only.
Warranty
Amplify products come with the manufacturer's warranty described on the warranty page. Warranty claims, replacement parts and servicing are handled by TGV Limited. The warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, and nothing in these terms limits those rights. If you buy for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to the extent the law allows.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks any law;
- try to get unauthorised access to the site, the staff area or the systems behind them;
- interfere with the site's security or operation, or introduce anything harmful such as viruses; or
- copy or scrape the site's content in bulk or by automated means.
Staff area
Parts of the site are only for authorised staff. If you have access, keep your sign-in to yourself and treat any pricing or other information you see there as confidential. We may remove access at any time.
Intellectual property
The Amplify name, logo, text, images and other content on the site belong to TGV Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, for example when choosing furniture. You may not otherwise copy, change or reuse them without our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including OfficeMax. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
We provide the site “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, TGV is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
