This website is run by TGV Limited (“TGV”, “we”, “us”), the New Zealand company that designs and supplies Amplify office furniture. We take your privacy seriously and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

We only collect what we need. That may include:

Details you give us when you contact us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and what your enquiry is about.
Details needed for a warranty claim, replacement part or service request, such as the product, proof of purchase and delivery address.
If you are authorised staff and sign in to the staff area, your work email address and the quotes you create.
Basic technical information collected automatically when you use the site, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit. See Cookies below.

You can browse the site without giving us any personal information. The site does not take payments. Orders are placed with OfficeMax, and OfficeMax's own privacy policy applies to those.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry and provide product information.
To handle warranty claims, replacement parts and servicing.
To give authorised staff access to the staff area.
To keep the site secure and working, and to improve it.
To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We only share personal information where it is needed for the purposes above, for example:

OfficeMax New Zealand, where your enquiry relates to an order or purchase.
Service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as our website host (Shopify) and email provider. They may store information outside New Zealand. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to New Zealand law.
Anyone we are required or permitted to share it with by law.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in to the staff area. Others help us understand how the site is used, in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site, such as signing in, may not work.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
